REFERRAL PROGRAMME
Our referral process has changed
We have relaunched our referral process to make it simpler and more connected. The Grace Network have brought together the old referral processes for Kids Stuff and Home Remedy into one unified pathway which we believe will be able to produce more efficient and holistic support to your clients.
Previously, Kids Stuff and Home Remedy had separate referral processes with slightly different requirements. We are now bringing them together through shared referral pathways, allowing clients to receive coordinated, tailored support from more than one social enterprise through a single referral.
This replaces the previous referral processes from Kids Stuff and Home Remedy.
There are now two pathways that clients can take to access furniture.
If you are a professional organisation working with families or individuals who can benefit from being supported by us, at The Home Remedy, or other organisations within The Grace Network, you can put in a professional referral.
If you don't have a professional organisation working with you and you can afford to pay a subsidised rate there is a separate pathway.
Please click here to find out more information on the new processes and to access the new referral application forms.
The process of how to access our referral furniture may have changed, however we are still here to help those who need support. If you have any questions or need any help navigating the new processes please do get in touch. Stroud@thehomeremedy.org.uk
